           Some of you may already know that Rita Rose Hair is currently closed temporarily. This was not something I had planned. The closure came unexpectedly during the process of renewing my commercial contract, and it created a number of setbacks just as the business was experiencing steady and consistent growth.

           As many business owners will understand, moments like this can be incredibly stressful. And when stress continues over a long period of time, it doesn’t just affect your work—it begins to affect your health.

           We live in a world that constantly pushes us to achieve more, do more, and be more. But in that pursuit, we often take our health for granted.

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

           The truth is, our mental, physical, and emotional health are the foundations of everything we do. Without them, it becomes incredibly difficult to function, let alone thrive.

           I’ve come to realise that real success isn’t just about growth or financial gain. It’s about stability and peace of mind—knowing your bills are paid, you have food on the table, and you can enjoy small comforts in life without constant pressure.

           Recently, I heard about the challenges faced by singer Jessie J, who has undergone treatment for breast cancer in 2025 and fears it's potential return. It was a powerful reminder of just how fragile and important our health is.

    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           When your health is compromised, everything changes. The things we often take for granted—our energy, clarity, and ability to simply move through life—suddenly become the very things we long for.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           This is something I now understand on a very personal level.

           I have been dealing with fibroids, a condition that affects a large percentage of women, particularly by the age of 50. Fibroids are non-cancerous growths that develop in the uterus, and while they are common, their impact can be significant.

  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           For me, especially during the stress surrounding the temporary closure of my business, they have greatly affected my quality of life. I’ve experienced extreme fatigue, low energy, mental fog, and emotional strain. It’s a constant battle between wanting to keep going and being physically unable to do so.

           At this moment, my focus is on healing.
