Shipping Policy
Once your item(s) have been shipped we will notify you via email; please allow 3-5 business days for your items to arrive. Please note: hair systems may be shipped directly from our overseas manufacturing site during periods of high volume, which may result in a slight delay.
Refund Policy
To ensure that our products meet our hygiene standards, we stress that all sales are final. We may exchange your product to equal or greater value within 14 days of delivery, providing the item has not been opened, brushed, or used; and is returned in its original selling condition with all labels and netting fully intact. Should you wish to return item(s) for exchange and the item is not in resale condition, exchange may not be guaranteed. Please Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
